Hotel Uvita Forest (“the Hotel”, “we”, “us”), located in Uvita, Costa Rica, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

- Information you share when you contact us through WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email or forms: name, phone number, email address, stay dates and preferences.
- Technical browsing data (cookies, IP address, device type) when you visit our website or interact with our ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
2. How we use your information
- To answer your inquiries and manage reservations.
- To send you information about your stay, promotions and news, if you authorize it.
- To measure and improve the performance of our advertising and our website.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers that are necessary to operate (for example Meta Platforms, WhatsApp, payment and booking platforms) and when required by law.
4. Retention and security
We keep your information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, and we apply reasonable measures to protect it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to gerencia@hoteluvitaforest.com with the subject “Data deletion”. We will respond and delete your information within a maximum of 30 days.
