The 25% deposit is refundable only if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the Check-in date. By submitting your payment proof, you confirm that you have read and accept our terms and conditions.

Pets: 🐾 To protect the wildlife in our surroundings and ensure everyone’s rest, pets are not allowed.
Rest: Strict quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM.

Location: We are located in the heart of Bahía Ballena. You do not need a 4×4 vehicle to reach our facilities.
