Booking and Cancellation Policies

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM. | Check-out: Until 11:00 AM.

  • Flexible Cancellation: 100% refund if cancelled at least 7 days in advance.

  • Late Cancellation / No-Show: In the event of late cancellations or no-shows, a charge of 50% of the first night or the full stay will apply.

  • Use of Facilities: Access to the pool and parking is exclusive to registered guests.

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed.

  • Smoking: Uvita Forest is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and enclosed common areas.
